Simple pricing once we see your garage door
Every door is a little different, so we confirm pricing after a free on site inspection. Tune ups are fixed at $89 and $245. If a repair or part is needed, we show you what we see and give a clear quote before any work begins. No pressure and no surprises.

Will I know the price before work?
Yes. Tune ups are fixed price. Any repair or part is quoted on site and only done with your approval.
Is a broken spring dangerous?
Yes. Please do not use the door or pull the red cord. We will secure the area and replace parts safely.

Do you install new openers and doors?
Yes. We install LiftMaster and leading brands. We will quote options that fit your home and budget.
When should I replace instead of repair?
We review age, safety, and cost together after the inspection and give clear options.
